Downtown In the heart of the city, tall skyscrapers, business buildings, and busy streets is the main theme here. Alleys wind between the buildings, making easy ways to get around but use them at your own risk. The side walks are usually busy until dusk, then they start to thin out. Crime rate is up in this part of the city.
Rullen City Hospital Within the downtown area, a large building is located within the business area which serves as the cities main hospitals. With one of the best staff within the area, Rullen City Hospitals gets many emergency flights from other cities. It wouldn't be smart for angels to come venturing here isn't the smartest as doctors might notice some of the small differences.

Three Stance Arena Beside Downtown is this massive Arena with a dome roof and the capacity to fit a large amount of people, Three Stance is a large tour spot for bands that are touring. The city fairs are held in here as well.
The Park The only park in the city is large and filled with ponds, bridges, walkways, and vendors. Its always busy in the middle. There are large sections that have been blocked off from people for some reason. Those areas are the perfect places for angels to venture.
Riverwalk On the western side of town, this large area beside the river is one of the most popular places in the city. Trails run along side the river. There is a performing stage, large enough for bands to come. There is always something planned around here. Parties are common all around here.
Club Row (2 sub-boards) Around the city, there is many clubs but this one section of the city is just an entire street of different clubs. The lines can sometimes get long as people without ids aren't allowed. This is a hot spot for fights to break out.
Central Fountain On the nice side of town, there in this large square like area. Not many people come here but there is a massive decorative fountain in the middle of running horses, and a pegasus horse at the top. Kids always run around in it and climb upon the statues. At night, the fountain is lit up and is one amazing sight.
Milliard Mall Still on the good side of town, the Milliard Mall is a huge, three story mall that everyone goes to and gets everything they need. Every store that you could really think of is located here. There is an ice skating rank, carousal, and arcade located here.
Light Safe House (4 sub-boards) Within the city, an old warehouse sits in a busy, but secluded area. This warehouse has thick solid walls, tinted windows, and three stories high. Humans never go near near the warehouse as it's fenced with barb wire, keeping any humans out. There are two ways for the Light Angel's to enter; from the roof where a door leads into the upstairs lobby, and a ground door located on the first floor that opens into the main lobby. There is a basement and each floor is designated a certain main purpose. The perimeter guards keep watch from hidden positions throughout the surrounding abandoned buildings, keeping watch for the Shadow.

Apartments (6 sub-boards) Throughout the city, there are tons of apartment buildings around for you to have an apartment at. Some are crappy and shouldn't even be open, while others are huge and almost like a penthouse. It just depends.
Houses (6 sub-boards) Throughout the city and suburbs, you cna find any size, shape, and type of housing. Houses aren't as cheap as apartments but are always the best for living if you have more than one person within a household. They are spacious but don't have a ton of extra space as a mansion has.

:: Rullen School District
Elementary School All grades kindergarten through 5th grade go to this school.

Middle School All the grades 6th through 8th go to this large school.
Campus Grounds The University takes up a large section of the city to the South. There are a few parks throughout the Campus but its mostly just very well kept tree covered lawns. There are sidewalks that connect the dorms, and buildings. Some fountains are located around as well.
Classrooms There are over 20 buildings upon the Campus for classes. Its a very well round school that covers most any field. The classes are split up into the different buildings according to what classes you are taking.
Campus Dorms If you have a character that lives on the University Campus, they can get a dorm. They can have their own or share one with another person.

:: Country Side
Swiss Farm Orchard Outside of town, there is the old orchard of apple, pecan, and peach trees. The Swiss family has owned it for a hundred years and still does. The family allows anyone upon it to pick what fruits they want. It covers a large area of land if mostly fun to just run through.

Water Tower Out in the country, there is one tall white water tower that stands out against the surrounding area. Humans don't run maintenance checks on it anymore, leaving it open for angels to hang around. On rare occasions a human will climb up to write the name of their loved one but that was rarely.
The Roger's Bridge Upon a less traveled road is this large old fashion bridge. Its rusty iron arches that supported it Reach all the way across the flowing river creek like water source. It is said that if you come here upon the full moon and park in the middle of the bridge, Tina Rogers, a woman who is rumored to have jumped from the bridge and died, will appear in front of the car. Radiant Forest Named for its lush green look, this forest is protected by National Park laws. The forest is thick with tall trees and one could wander for miles and still never reach the center. The trees are tall with a thick canopy. Its like a jade world in between the canopy and the forest floor. In the morning a haze covers most of the forest, in the right light, it looks sea green.
Shadow Safe House (1 sub-board) What used to be a Military Base is now where the Shadow are hiding with their growing forces. This large laid out building is mostly underground or surrounded by dense forest. The only entrance to the base is down an old cracked cement road that hasn't been used in years. A barb coiled wire fence in place around the entire complex, making it very secretive for the Shadow. The only way the angels ever get in is by flying then going on one of the three main entrances.

The Fields Miles from the edge of the city, these fields of tall grass reach for miles around. A few grass fires can start out here when lightning storms hit in the summer time but most of the time its perfect weather. The grass can get so tall that you can't see above it when you're in the middle of it.
Rock Side Beach This is the only thing close to a beach around the city. The ocean is mostly boarded by sharp dropping cliffs but there is one place where the rocks turn to a soft sandy beach. People come here to enjoy the ocean, its great surfing if you get out past the cliffs. Its dangerous also. If a storm is coming, the waves get high and can drag a person down and trap them beneath the rocky cliffs.
Mansions (7 sub-boards) Mansions are within the Outskirts of the City as that is the only place that can fit the large square foot mansions. With beauitful landscaping and views, the rich families can afford these real-estate giants.
